„We had the best experience with First Class Parking this month! Booked online a couple days ahead, flexible timing options available. Called on my way to the airport to give them my exact ETA. They were waiting for me right at the exact location at the exact time that I arrived to drop off my car. They did a video/photo survey of my car to make sure they return it in the exact same condition, protecting both us and them; and they bid us safe travels. It was a super quick and painless process. A week later, when my husband’s Lufthansa flight was canceled, so we couldn’t pick up the car on time, a quick email and they were able to extend us till the next day with no issue and were ready and waiting for my husband when he did finally land. Great attitude, friendly, and above all AFFORDABLE service. Worth every penny and then some. I’ll never park another way at the airport again. Their prices cannot be beat."

„I've used their service 3 times now and they have always been reliable. I've never had to wait long for my car and he even got to the entrance right when I made it there the last time. They easily changed my reservation when I had to come home early and have always been very helpful. I've never had any problems with extra mileage on my car or any damage."

„When I call the driver to tell him I had 45 Min delay due to traffic, he started to talk to me very unfriendly using the casual form of "Du" in stead of "Sie" in German. I basically do not have an issue with that but the way the socalled valet spoke to me is unacceptable. Than he gave an appointment at a gas station and in fact since I gave him the remark that I found the way he addressed perfectly unacceptable, he simply left. So service was paid but the guy left me alone and I needed to pay a 350euro normal parking. Avoid this company. There not reliable!"

„My husband and I have used this service in the past and has going worse and worse. During the last month we parked twice and they used more than 1/4 of our fuel. Last time they arrived 25 minutes late to pick up the car and I had some trouble with the police while waiting outside to avoid to pay the parking. I was supposed to leave the car at I also found a piece of electronic sigarette in the car and smell of smoke. I'm sorry but we'll look for other options since now on."
