„Normally I’m not someone who writes reviews, but this is too serious and people need to know what can happen to your car at Park-Stabil in Düsseldorf. First, the positive: reception was friendly, the transfer to the airport was okay, and the pickup after our return was swift. However, upon our return we were told that our car had been involved in an accident and had sustained “some damage.” I was surprised, as I had parked the car myself and was never informed it would be moved off-site. When I saw the vehicle, I was shocked. The damage was substantial. I was told the accident had occurred the previous morning at 6:30 a.m. A young employee had driven the car. It had rained lightly during the night, and according to them, he “lost control” while pulling away from a traffic light. I was shocked! The explanation raised serious doubts. My car (BMW 340i) does not simply lose control when driving normally in Comfort mode. In that setting, all safety systems such as traction control and stability control are fully active. In Sport+ mode, however, these safety systems are largely disabled. Activating this mode requires deliberate driver input. Shortly after driving off—about 150 meters—the employee lost control and crashed into a parked car. The damage to both vehicles was extensive. The police attended the scene, a report was filed, and the employee was reportedly fined for reckless driving. What concerned me just as much as the accident itself was the reaction on site. The incident was treated rather casually, as if it were something that simply “happens.” I had not been informed that my vehicle would be moved, nor that it would be driven to an other site. The accident occurred on October 9, 2025. The damage to the other vehicle and my own damage of > €13,000 have since been repaired. However, more than four months later, the case is still not settled. I also never received a personal apology from the driver, nor any follow-up communication from Park-Stabil expressing regret. Recently, I received an email from their insurer, Dialog Versicherung, stating that in cases like this they do not provide payment. I have received zero response from Park-Stabil, and none of my financial losses have been reimbursed. Although my vehicle was fully insured, I still had to pay a €1,500 deductible and face potential premium increases not to mention loss in value of my car. Without full coverage, the financial consequences would have been far worse. Accidents can happen I’m fully aware. But in this case, the circumstances strongly suggest that the vehicle was not handled responsibly and the accident was inevitable. In my view, this is not how customer vehicles should be treated! People should be aware of how their car may be handled at Park-Stabil Dusseldorf."

„I book over an online service, and when i showed up to leave my car, they wanted to charge me more because they say my mini van was not 'a normal car' even if the liberation papers from German office states its a car. (Als PKW zugelassen) The car is no longer than any SUV, and the parking lot it's just an open air space, without any amenities. They wanted to charge also extra for the shuttle. I found much better and reliable options closer to the airport. I wouldn't recomend it, as it is on an industrial area, i'm sure they won't take accountability if the car gets break in. I just hope they pay me my money back."
