„Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience with this Valetparking. We had to wait quite a while for the car, but that can happen. However, the top of our roof box turned out to be completely damaged. The gentleman said (afterwards) that his parking garage is not high enough for our car + roof box. He didn't mention this at the airport, nor the damage. He is not willing to resolve this properly. So watch out for this gentleman or look for another company. There are very good companies at Düsseldorf; we always use Valetparking. Update: the atmosphere is becoming increasingly grim. The gentleman keeps sending messages via WhatsApp and is threatening legal action for defamation, slander, and making a "false statement." He is referring to my review. I was already wondering how it could be true that there are only positive reviews for such a shady company. Mr. WhatsAppt: "You can delete them after reading them and I think they could be more profitable. These tricks will be known after 12 years of success." People stay far away from this gentleman!"
