„This wasn't our first valet service, but it was the first unprofessional one. The handover at the airport went reasonably well. After our return/landing, they couldn't tell us on the phone where the handover was supposed to take place; after asking several times, we were finally able to collect our vehicle. After handing over the keys, the driver disappeared before we knew it. Before we could even drive off, we had to readjust the steering wheel and seat; it felt like they'd converted it into a race car. The absolute worst part was that, as you can see in the photos, they got in with dirty shoes on both the driver's and passenger's sides. Based on our experience with FrankfurtValet24, we cannot recommend them."
